UK SHIPPING
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During launches, restocks, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.
Delivery Time
Estimated UK delivery times after dispatch:
• Standard UK Delivery: 2–10 business days
• Express UK Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Free UK shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on qualifying orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
IZZITIDES may offer international shipping to selected countries.
Estimated International Delivery Times
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• North America: 5–12 business days
• Rest of World: 7–15 business days
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges imposed by their local authorities.
IZZITIDES is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
IZZITIDES is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
IZZITIDES is not liable for:
• lost parcels marked as delivered
• theft after delivery
• courier delays outside our control
• failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues with the courier.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If your order contains pre-order items, dispatch timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order products may be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain regions or addresses where shipping services are unavailable or restricted.
